Independent Business Review

The firm prepares Independent Business Reviews on the request of SME Clients, banks and other interested parties for SME’s both corporate and sole traders. The Review covers all aspects of the business including, Trading History, a Current Statement of Affairs setting out the current financial position of the business, Review of the Business Market and future Trading Prospects, Departmental and Gross Profit Analysis, Overhead Review, Bank Recovery on a Going Concern, Bank Recovery on a Forced Sale or Liquidation and detailed Projections for the Business for a five year period. Following the Review we give an opinion on the strengths and weaknesses of the business, Business Repayment Capacity for the foreseeable future together with recommendations on business improvement opportunities with a view to profit enhancement where appropriate.
